These Terms of Use govern OshiAtlas convention boards operated by Building Buddies LLC. By joining a board or posting, you agree to follow these rules.
Who may participate
You must be at least 13 years old to create a community profile or post. If local law requires parental consent for online services, you must have that consent.
What belongs on convention boards
Use boards for practical convention questions, planning tips, accessibility information, meetup logistics in public convention spaces, and respectful fandom discussion. Do not present unofficial information as an organizer announcement.
Prohibited content and behavior
Do not post threats, encouragement of violence or self-harm, hate speech, harassment, bullying, sexual content, graphic violence, profanity, spam, scams, impersonation, illegal content, copyright-infringing material, personal contact information, or external links. Do not target, shame, or repeatedly contact another person.
Moderation and safety
Posts are filtered and rate-limited. Members can report content and block accounts. Building Buddies LLC may review reports and may hide content, limit access, or remove accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect users. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you post. You give Building Buddies LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content only to operate, moderate, and improve the OshiAtlas community. You may delete your own posts or delete your account and associated community content.
No emergency or official service
OshiAtlas is not an emergency service and is not operated by convention organizers. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Confirm schedules and policies through each convention’s official website.
