Delete your OshiAtlas data.
You can delete your community account and associated data from the app, or request help if you no longer have access to it.
Delete from the app
Open OshiAtlas, choose Profile, and tap Delete all my data. Confirm the prompt. If you signed in with Apple, confirm your Apple account again so OshiAtlas can revoke its authorization. The app then removes your community account, sessions, board memberships, notification choices, posts, replies, reports, and blocks from OshiAtlas systems. It also clears favorites, saved conventions, selected photos, and drafts stored by the app on that device.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@gatherlark.com with the subject “OshiAtlas account deletion request.” Include the public display name used on convention boards and the convention board where you last posted. Do not email passwords, Apple credentials, or other sensitive information.
We may ask for limited information needed to locate the correct account and prevent deletion of someone else’s account. Once verified, the account and associated community data listed above will be permanently deleted.
What is not affected
Official-source websites, convention websites, and retailers are separate services. Data they hold must be managed with those organizations directly. Safety or legal records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a valid legal claim.
