How can we help?

OshiAtlas is an anime and convention companion with device-private favorites and photos plus moderated community convention boards.

How do convention boards work?

Tap View community board on an event. Anyone can read. Create a community profile, accept the Community Terms of Use, and tap Join this board to post or reply. Alerts are limited to replies made to a post you created.

How do I report or block someone?

On a post, tap Report to send it to the safety queue and immediately hide that account from your view. Tap Block to hide the account without filing a report. Threats, hate, bullying, sexual or violent content, profanity, spam, personal contact information, and links are prohibited.

My nearby conventions are not showing

Open Schedule, choose Near me, and tap Use my location. Location access is optional. OshiAtlas uses it only to identify your state; you can also choose a state filter manually.

My cosplay or profile photo is missing

Make sure OshiAtlas has photo-library access in your device settings, then choose the photo again. Photos selected in OshiAtlas remain private on your device and are not published.

How do I remove my information?

Open Profile and tap Delete all my data. This removes device data and, when signed in, permanently deletes your community account, memberships, posts, replies, reports, blocks, and sessions. If you cannot open the app, use the account deletion request page.

Convention or source information looks wrong

Use the Official details link in the app to check the organizer’s current announcement. Convention schedules can change, and the official organizer remains the source of truth.

Email support@gatherlark.com for account, privacy, safety, or app support. During TestFlight testing, you can also open the TestFlight app, select OshiAtlas, and use Send Beta Feedback.

Reporting an urgent safety concern

Send the convention name, the post details, and any relevant screenshots to support@gatherlark.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
